How does it work?

1. Choose your pattern size : from 30 x 40 cm to 70 x 140 cm (the largest choice on the market!).
   If you are unsure what size will be best for the photo you want, skip to step 3.
2. Choose your number of colors : 36 or 48 (+12 EUR).
   The more colors, the better the quality, but also the more complex the production.
   If you are just starting out or have a small budget, take 36, it is enough.
   For fine detail or a longer lasting hobby, get 48.
3. Add a photo editing option if needed (FREE):
   we can crop it (remove the background), apply a simple or complex crop with artificial intelligence (AI), change its color (black and white, sepia), give it an artistic effect, etc.

4. Send your photo via this form . It's without obligation!
5. We reprocess the photo into an "easily paintable" format and send you this project. We can also suggest cropping, retouching or resizing. (If you chose "Custom", you will also have the final price.)
6. Let us know if the project suits you :
   - If yes, please place the order and we will start production of the kit.
   - If not, either send us another photo or decide to cancel without conditions.
7. Pay for your order only when everything is validated.
8. Receive your work and have fun!

Processing times and costs

We have carefully selected kits and accessories, often exclusive and in limited quantities, negotiated directly with producers all around the globe.

This is why we can offer you competitive prices , with in return delivery times of between 3 and 5 weeks ( including order processing, administrative and customs support, air transport, and support by a local carrier upon arrival in your country).
(We are a small company that takes care of each order, processed by hand: it takes longer, but you are guaranteed personalized treatment!)

Shipping and handling charges are shown before the checkout page, calculated based on your shipping location.
Please note that these fees are reduced from the 2nd product purchased, and are free for any order from 50 euros!

All orders are validated within 2 to 12 hours of your purchase, except Saturdays, Sundays and French public holidays.

If you have any doubts about the status of one of your orders, do not hesitate to contact us.

Remember that you have 14 legal days to withdraw after ordering, to which we add 7 days after receipt to return any product you are not satisfied with! So it is completely risk-free for you.
Please note, however: in accordance with the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal does not apply to "clearly personalized products". Thus, no refund is possible for custom-made kits based on photos once production has been launched.

Delivery Issues and Returns

For every problem, a solution! Use the contact form on the site , always indicating your order number.

• Delay: We expect a delay of 5 weeks after dispatch to consider a delay as worrying. First, we ask you to check with your post office that the package is not waiting for you there. Please contact us by email if this period has passed.
• Breakage: damaged or broken products? Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package, by email, with clear photos of the damage.
• Error: A mistake in your package? Our apologies! Contact us to fix this.

If you encounter any of these issues, you will be able to choose either to be refunded or to receive a new product. In any case, contact us quickly !
