Any order from a buyer (you) implies consultation and express acceptance of the general conditions described below.
I. PRODUCTS
The products presented on the site are valid within the limits of available stocks. We reserve the right to modify the range offered according to the constraints linked to our suppliers.
If, despite our vigilance, the items offered are unavailable, we will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. In the event of unavailability and if Brodeuses.com cannot provide an item of equivalent quality and price, the purchase will be cancelled and we will proceed with an immediate refund.
In case of non-conformity of the delivered product compared to its description on the site or customer dissatisfaction, please contact us to resolve this within 7 days after delivery. The satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority.
II. ORDER
The order is finalized after the validation of 5 successive steps : choice of products, billing address (and/or delivery), shipping costs, payment and payment validation. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it.
Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email. The sale will then be considered final.
III. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices displayed for our products are inclusive of all taxes and are indicated in euros . The display in another currency is for information purposes only. They do not include participation in shipping and handling costs . Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the purchase process, before payment .
The prices in effect taken into account will be those displayed at the time of validation of the order.
All transactions are secure and encrypted according to the latest standards in force. Your credit card data is not known to Brodeuses.com. PayPal and Stripe process all this information for us.
Payment on the site is made either by credit card via the Stripe platform or by Paypal . It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make a payment.
As our suppliers are mainly located abroad, any order placed on Brodeuses.com may, in very rare cases , be subject to customs duties in the country of delivery. These additional costs, beyond our control, are the responsibility of the customer.

Discount codes given by Brodeuses.com are only valid if they can be applied during purchase before payment.
IV. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Sending the order
Brodeuses.com can ship parcels worldwide. If your country does not appear when choosing the delivery address, please contact us.
Upon receipt of your payment, the order is processed within 2 to 12 hours.
2. Rates and delivery times
The delivery rates depend on the weight of the package and the country of receipt. They are indicated when ordering, after validating the basket and giving your address.
Shipping costs are free when an order exceeds 50 euros.
3. Receipt of the package
Please contact us if the package is not received within 5 weeks after sending. It is advisable to check with your Post Office if the package is not pending.

V. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , in the context of an online sale via the Internet, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days after payment. You will be reimbursed upon simple request, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs if applicable.
Important: the right of withdrawal does not apply to "clearly personalized products" . Thus, no refund is possible for custom-made kits from photos once production has been launched (regardless of the type of custom-made item: cross-stitch embroidery, diamond painting, painting by numbers, puzzle).
In case of dissatisfaction , the customer has 7 days after receipt to file a complaint and obtain a refund, exchange or Brodeuses.com voucher. Any request regarding the return of an order must be made via our contact form , where you will indicate the reason for the return and the order number. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned product must be in new condition, in its original packaging.
In the event of a damaged package , please contact our customer service directly and send photographs of the defective product(s), along with the order number.
In case of return of the package due to refusal to pay taxes and customs fees, we will refund the amount of the products in your order. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Following a refusal of delivery or an impossible delivery after a certain period, the carrier may destroy the package. In this case, a refund of the order is not possible.
VI. REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds, from Brodeuses.com, will be made within a maximum of 2 days, after receipt of the products in the case of a return, using the same payment method as that used when ordering, or by issuing a purchase voucher.
VII. APPLICABLE LAW
Trigone Concept is subject to French law but strives to respect the requests of all our customers. In the event of difficulty or complaint, the customer can contact us to find an amicable solution.

The texts, images and illustrations published on www.brodeuses.com are the property of Brodeuses.com and its suppliers. Any total or partial reproduction of the site is strictly prohibited.

The site uses Shopify.com as its e-commerce platform, and Stripe and Paypal for payment.
At no time can we collect information regarding your credit card.
The information collected is used to prepare and send your orders as well as to provide a better experience when visiting our site with, for example, product recommendations.
We do not sell or give any information to third party companies that could personally identify our customers.
