The problem is that on the one hand you get a digital grid (often in PDF format), and on the other hand dozens of pearl references to buy: it's long, complicated, expensive... and you don't know where to get the bags!

How does it work?

1. Choose your pattern size : from 30 x 50 cm to 80 x 120 cm. Read our tips .
   Or choose "Custom" in one of the following cases, and you will receive a quote (€50 is a deposit) :
   - You don't know what size will be best for the desired photo.
   - You want another size , for example 30 x 100 cm for a panorama.
2. Add a photo editing option if needed
   (clipping, + 4 euros).
   Change the type of rhinestones if you prefer round ones instead of square ones.
3. Send your photo via this form . It's without obligation!
4. We reprocess the photo in an "embroiderable" format and send you this project. In the Premium offer, we also suggest a cropping, a retouching or a change of size . (If you have chosen "Personalized", you will also have the final price.)
5. Tell us if the project suits you or not :
   - If yes, please place the order and we will start production of the kit.
   - If not, either send us another photo or decide to cancel without conditions.
6. Pay for your order only when everything is validated.
7. Receive your work and have fun!
   Please note: if you notice a shortage of bags within 6 months of delivery, contact us and we will send you some free of charge.

Processing times and costs

We have carefully selected kits and accessories, often exclusive and in limited quantities, negotiated directly with producers all around the globe.

This is why we can offer you competitive prices , with in return delivery times of between 3 and 5 weeks ( including order processing, administrative and customs support, air transport, and support by a local carrier upon arrival in your country).
(We are a small company that takes care of each order, processed by hand: it takes longer, but you are guaranteed personalized treatment!)

Shipping and handling charges are shown before the checkout page, calculated based on your shipping location.
Please note that these fees are reduced from the 2nd product purchased, and are free for any order from 50 euros!

All orders are validated within 2 to 12 hours of your purchase, except Saturdays, Sundays and French public holidays.

If you have any doubts about the status of one of your orders, do not hesitate to contact us.

Remember that you have 14 legal days to withdraw after ordering, to which we add 7 days after receipt to return any product you are not satisfied with! So it is completely risk-free for you.
Please note, however: in accordance with the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal does not apply to "clearly personalized products". Thus, no refund is possible for custom-made kits based on photos once production has been launched.

Delivery Issues and Returns

For every problem, a solution! Use the contact form on the site , always indicating your order number.

• Delay: We expect a delay of 5 weeks after dispatch to consider a delay as worrying. First, we ask you to check with your post office that the package is not waiting for you there. Please contact us by email if this period has passed.
• Breakage: damaged or broken products? Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package, by email, with clear photos of the damage.
• Error: A mistake in your package? Our apologies! Contact us to fix this.

If you encounter any of these issues, you will be able to choose either to be refunded or to receive a new product. In any case, contact us quickly !
